OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
We always make ourselves accountable for our service – when you work with us, our contract will clearly state what to expect. We aim for:
- First response – we will respond to contractual enquiries, during working hours, within 30 minutes.
- Remote target resolution – incident resolution target is a maximum of 4 hours from the first response, note that 70+% of issues are fixed in the first 30 minutes.
- Onsite target resolution – incident resolution target is 8 hours, we will be with you at the latest by the next working day.
